Bob Gendler: Config Profiles and manage ALL the things…just about

My friend and fellow MacAdmin, Bob Gendler has posted a truly superb write-up explaining how to manage almost any aspect of mac OS with configuration profiles. Wait, what about the stuff that isn’t documented by Apple? Yes, even those undocumented plists and preference files. In this post, Bob explains how to use various tools and methods to track changes to pinpoint which files are changing during management and then how to build a configuration profile to deploy that desired change. A++. Bookmark this one; you’ll be coming back to it often.
